1. Program description

TakeOrder.aiAccount & Support Messages is a text messaging program from TakeOrder.ai (operated by Thinklytic Inc) for restaurant owners and managers who sign up for a TakeOrder.ai free trial or paid subscription. When you check the SMS consent box during signup, you agree to receive text messages related to your account, including:

• One-time verification codes to confirm your number
• Onboarding and setup updates (for example, your AI agent is ready, setup links)
• Trial reminders, billing and subscription notices
• Service alerts about your account
• Replies and follow-ups from our support, onboarding and customer success team

We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

2. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and support conversations. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Opting out and getting help

Reply STOPto any message to opt out; you'll receive a final confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@takeorder.ai or +1 877-680-7775.

4. Privacy

Phone numbers collected for texting are used as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
