1. Program description

When you provide your mobile number to TakeOrder.ai (operated by Thinklytic Inc), you agree to receive text messages related to your account and trial, including:

• One-time verification codes to confirm your number
• Trial and onboarding notifications (e.g. your AI agent is ready, setup links, trial reminders)
• Service notifications about your account

We do not send promotional marketing texts without separate consent, and we never sell your phone number.

2. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your activity (typically a few messages during signup and your trial). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Opting out and getting help

Reply STOPto any message to opt out; you'll receive a final confirmation and no further texts. Note that opting out of verification texts may prevent completing trial signup. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@takeorder.ai or +1 877-680-7775.

4. Privacy

Phone numbers collected for texting are used as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
